The webmasters scenarios & heightmaps

I’m uploading a list over the current heightmaps and scenarios I have made in OpenTTD. I need to go trough them and check them before I can share them.

So be patient. Downloads will be shared here: OpenTTD HQ Download area.

I have some files from a earlier upload here:
All of my scenarios: Download the zipped scenario files
All of my heightmaps: Download the zipped heightmap files

The files you need to run OpenTTD from the developer website

To run OpenTTD properly you need some files to do just that. You can get the files from the old transport tycoon windows version. I have made a screenshot to explain. I can’t share the files due to possible copyright. I can’t say for sure if the old transport tycoon game is considered abandonware yet. If you know something about this, please leave a blogcomment.

Anyway, here is the files you need: download or download. And don’t forget to get the game itself. I like to use the zip archive version. No hassle with install, just unzip, add the extra files, scenarios and heightmaps and PLAY!. Put it on a usb memorystick and have it with you.

You need to locate the files as below and copy them to those places.

And after that you should be ready to play.

In the future you will NOT have to do this as the development progresses on OpenTTD. But, it still is just that right now.
